Steve Wakeham is a seasoned leader in business transformation and change management, with over 20 years of experience supporting digital transformations from a people perspective. 

Steve has played key roles at EY, Deloitte and PwC. He has led business transformation, organizational design, change management and training programs across North America and global transformations enabled by enterprise cloud technologies covering multiple Tier 1 Cloud ERP platforms. His deep expertise in process design, operating models, change management, and training has empowered clients to seamlessly progress through their cloud journey, delivering meaningful results and ensuring sustained success.

At CloudAvanti, Steve continues his passion for helping organizations embrace and develop pragmatic, action-orientated strategies to ensure the people leading the transformation are successful and that stakeholders are engaged and prepared. As an advisor, he ensures our business transformation, change, and training programs are modern and practical.

Steve holds a Master of Education from McGill University. He has several recognized professional certifications, including PROSCI change management Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a certified Scrum Master (PSM I).
