Rick Pineo is a senior IT executive with over 30 years of experience leading business transformation and operational optimization through enterprise software solutions. Known for his ability to align technology with business strategy, Rick has consistently delivered scalable, high-impact outcomes across complex, global organizations.

For the past decade, Rick held senior executive roles, including Vice President and Senior Vice President, responsible for enterprise business systems at Stantec, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and environmental services. Over his 22-year tenure, he played a critical role transforming the company’s business systems to support the company’s rapid growth from 3,000 employees in North America to more than 30,000 worldwide. His leadership was instrumental in integrating large-scale acquisitions, expanding into new markets, and modernizing enterprise platforms to support global operations.

Rick brings deep expertise in Oracle technologies, having led multiple end-to-end implementations and transformations. His experience spans Oracle on-premise platforms and Oracle Cloud applications across ERP, EPM, HCM, and Supply Chain domains.
