Kapil Baliyan is a distinguished technology leader in Oracle Cloud solutions, with over 15 years of experience in technology consulting, implementations, and application managed services within the Oracle ecosystem. Kapil, with his strong technical background, has played key roles at PwC, Accenture and Cloudworks. His deep expertise in Oracle technology, combined with his rich experience, has empowered clients to seamlessly progress through their Oracle cloud journey, delivering meaningful results and ensuring sustained success.

As a technology leader and Oracle certified specialist, Kapil is proficient at understanding client requirements and designing/developing technical solutions by leveraging his excellent knowledge and rich experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM and HCM. His technical expertise also extends to Oracle Cloud technology products like Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence etc.

At Cloudworks, Kapil built and led the Oracle Cloud Technology practice, playing an important role in turning the firm into one of the fastest-growing Oracle Cloud System Implementers in North America. In 2021 when Accenture acquired Cloudworks, he subsequently led the Oracle Cloud Technology and Application Managed services practice in Accenture Oracle Canada Business group.

Driven by a passion for technology, Kapil pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, India. His interest in programming began in high school, where he was introduced to Microsoft Visual Basic and Oracle SQL / PLSQL. This early exposure fueled Kapil’s desire to deepen his knowledge, ultimately guiding him to pursue his engineering degree in the field.
