We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud AMS (Application Managed Services) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements for Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring seamless business operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or other modules as applicable)
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Perform system enhancements, configurations, and process optimizations
- Support incident management, service requests, and change requests within Oracle Cloud
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for recurring system issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and system updates
- Assist in testing system patches, upgrades, and new feature deployments
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Provide user training and ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud functionalities
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and deliver high-quality AMS support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud AMS support for ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials modules
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices related to Oracle Cloud applications
- Experience in functional configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and their impact on business processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a managed services environment
- Oracle Cloud certifications in applicable modules
- Experience in ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools for AMS support
- Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher
- Prior experience in multi-client AMS support across industries
