We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and optimize SCM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, SCP etc)
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements
- Configure and customize SCM solutions to meet business needs
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support
- Identify process improvements and provide recommendations for best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Oracle Cloud applications
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Assist in resolving system-related issues and provide ongoing functional support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules
- Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations and system setups
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are preferred
