Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (All Levels)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to optimize Oracle HCM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, ensuring that the system aligns with the client’s business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Provide functional expertise to develop solutions that improve processes.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, etc.) to meet client needs.
  • Lead functional testing, identify gaps, and support the development of test cases. Provide end-user training to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of Oracle HCM with other systems (e.g., Finance, Payroll, Time and Attendance).
  • Recommend best practices and solutions for HCM processes to improve efficiency and leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and testing outcomes to ensure transparency and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.
  • Experience with full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Expertise in understanding and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of system integrations and data migration techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools, reporting, and analytics features.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (preferred).
