We are seeking a highly skilled EPM Consultant to join our team and help clients optimize their financial performance management processes using cutting-edge EPM solutions. As an EPM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze, design, implement, and support Enterprise Performance Management systems, such as Oracle EPM, to drive business efficiency and decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in EPM applications, particularly in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting, as well as experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or on-premise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in the full implementation cycle of EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, define functional requirements, and create detailed specifications for EPM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications (e.g., Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Reporting, Profitability and Cost Management) to meet client requirements.
- Assist with integrating EPM systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses) to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Lead functional testing of EPM solutions, identifying potential gaps, performing validation, and ensuring the solution works as expected.
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure that clients can fully leverage the capabilities of their EPM systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and advice on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EPM Consultant, with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premise applications (e.g., Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service [PBCS], Oracle Enterprise Planning Cloud, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service [FCCS]).
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies between EPM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in implementing or optimizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or performance management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Essbase).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification or similar certifications.
