Brad Dever has been teaming up with his clients to help with Oracle solutions and business transformation for three decades, and counting. He began his career implementing PeopleSoft Y2K solutions fresh out of university and has since evolved to a core focus on enabling organizations to maximize the value they realize from their Oracle Cloud business solutions. 

Prior to CloudAvanti, Brad held leadership roles at Deloitte, Cloudworks, and Accenture, including a focus on business performance measurement and achievement across Finance, HR, Procurement, EPM, IT, and Operations. He and the CloudAvanti leadership team bring a 15-year history of working together to deliver meaningful, lasting impact for their clients.

At CloudAvanti, Brad continues his passion for helping people and organizations transform with a clear focus on the future. His strengths include building trusted, long-term partnerships with his clients, structuring projects in a way that fits real client teams and delivering lasting adoption and knowledge transfer well beyond go-live. Brad believes that it is possible (and also a worthy goal) to surprise and delight our clients from the first meeting, through project delivery, application support, and onward until they are fully self-sufficient with their own Oracle Cloud solutions. 

Brad holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and has achieved the designation of Certified Management Consultant. He is married and lives in Markham, Ontario, with three young adult sons. He is a mediocre hockey coach but an outstanding cheerleader. He has yet to achieve his lifelong goal – and remains fully committed – to one day driving the Zamboni.
